yeah, i loved her but she loved you

When her body slides against yours

When her feet glide across the floor

When her perfume lingers at the door

She feels no remorse

I will feel no remorse

For When I destroy everything that is yours

For When I collapse in despair to the floor

For When I decide to leave my broken heart at the door

The same way you felt no remorse

For When you broke the promise of whats mine is yours

For When you dance with her across this floor

For When you told me that you loved her more

Remorse is pity disguised as empathetic pain shaking you to your core
