The Year of Uncertainty
Dear adult who is unsure of his/her future,
As a new year approaches,
It may be hard to see,
Everything in front of you that is meant to be.
Take heart, dear freind, and dont give up,
For God has a plan and a way,
In which He will guide you each and every day.
Whether you are looking for a job, being treated for an illness, or creating new goals,
You must trust in the plans He will unfold.
From all the prayers you've prayed,
The road may seem so long that you can barely stand and wait,
But the moment you think of quitting,
May just be the beginning of something new God puts on your plate.
One day when you look back at that door that was opened,
Remember that God was in every single moment.
The long silence was just a test,
Of God preparing you for your future and all the rest.
Sincerely,
McKenzi Matsick
