Yearnful Yellow

Yellow;

It's the sunshine to my rain

the white to my black

the hope to my despair

the happy to my sad.

It could be dark

and gloomy

and bitter

but still there are

those rays of light

that seep through the clouds.

Yellow

is essential

critical

important

crucial

to life.

Yellow

is not easily found

but when it is

it will open up your eyes

to so much more

than you can dream of.

Yellow

is the reason

to stay alive.

What do you do without your yellow?
