Yearning

I still feel your love

wrapped around my heart like a glove.

I see your face in the hall,

wishing you would just call.

Knowing your soul was my essence;

just makes me miss your presence.

looking at your picture on my wall,

makes me realize I miss you most of all.

Time moves on, the seasons turn;

nevertheless, my heart will yearn.
