Yesterday's Tomorrow

Location

Clock shattered

melting away

breaking itself

does not wish to be mended

Time itself is not in our grasp

and so it is not ours to keep

because once it's gone

it's gone forever

Nothing is for granted

nothing is still

and more we plan the future

the more we neglect the present

but we must always remember...

Today was once our Tomorrow.
