Yoga

Cobra, tree, warrior too

There's so many poses that I could do

A stressful day, a busy mind,

And by doing yoga i will find

To take a deep breath, a great relief

To bring satisfaction and sense of peace

Yoga always creates the calm

To bring me back to where I belong

When something starts to bother me,

I turn to yoga and just breathe
