You

Everything I am I owe to you.

Without you in this world I wouldn't have a clue.

From my first steps to my first drink,

you have held my hand and helped me think.

I faced trials, sadness and injury too,

yet you were always there to help me through.

You taught me that a smile can light up every room,

And for the most valuable life lessons I know,

I owe it all to you.
