You

you are quiet

a good heart

people normally don't notice you

but when they do

they take advantage of your pure soul

it hurts to hear how broken you've been

perhaps how broken you still are

the struggle you've gone through

the pain the greedy have caused

i want nothing more than to heal you

i know it'll take time

but i've got time

as a matter of fact

i plan on giving you the rest of my life

i never want to stop discovering who you are

and i am patient

i will wait for you to open the doors

allow me into the darkest depths of your beautiful mind

i want to know you in a way nobody else does

but until then, i will wait
