YOU

No need to question your view

And that your courage is truly the best,

Because the love you posses can nourish those around you

At your simplest request.

Yet, the way you think is not great,

Always wanting to be the best.

To you, I truly say I hate;

Selfishness can sometimes be your mate.

Your venom is feared by many,

And such greed brings pain.

It is needless to say

That because of you, this world will soon decay.

You are no stranger to me

and I am no stranger to you.

I am you, you are me.

Human beings are we.

You are not perfect

And never will you be.

Always will I wait and wish,

That the best in you and me can unleash.
