To You

I write this to You,

To You,

The one who let me think

unfurled my thoughts, put wings on them

Ordered them to fly

Oh yes, I write this to You

I write this to the one

the one who found my cares and wants and fears

In the dustbin of history

Set them on the noonday train

To destiny

I write this to the one

who let my thoughts fly straight to hell

and showed me that destiny

is nothing but a bridge jump away

My thoughts are not yours any longer

They are mine

And I kindly invite you to leave,

Oh yes,

I write this to You.
