You

I never thought it'd be you.

The one to give me butterflies, just at the thought of you.

To make me lose my breath, merely in your presence.

I never thought it'd be you.

Going from timid glances, to intertwined lips.

From playful passes, to caressing words of comfort.

I never thought it'd be you.

But I wouldn't want anyone else kissing my nose or holding my hand.

I wouldn't want anyone else calling me beautiful or making me feel like I'm worth something.

I never thought it'd be you, but I'm sure glad it is.
