You

Black and blue,

Blood and bruise,

I think of you and all you do,

Things you do to burn the fuse,

People wonder, yet have no clue,

I cannot walk you make me crawl,

Grabbing my head,

Hitting it against the wall,

Black and blue,

Now I feel hate,

All because of you, its true,

Swing your hand, swing your fist,

One hit, two hit, three then four,

Shoved and pushed to the floor

You haven't heard it all,

Anger escalates quickly,

Through my mind and body,

You say your fine,

When I know you aren't,

You gotta stay high all the time

To drown out the voices,

Telling you to make better choices,

You hear them,

Yelling, crying, pleading,

You hear it all but don't want to listen

On the floor crying, waiting,

For what, a change

After all you've done to me

The hitting

The beating

The yelling,

The hell i've been put through

All of it,

It was all because of one human,

You, because You are the one,

Who changed who I am

But I thank you,

You have showed me the monster,

That I will never become
