You

You,

You're the one I love

I don't run behind you

Yet my heart hangs on to every word you say

I lay and I lay as I think of all the time we spend together

Our hearts beat as one.

They said you weren't my dream come true

All I was to you was something new

You told me I had nothing to worry about

I loved hearing that from you

I trusted you

I knew you wouldn't lead me wrong

They had so much to say about you

I was so close to going insane.

All my friends brung up your past.

I prayed and i prayed hoping it would last.

You tried hard to prove yourself to me

Everyone hoped I'd just set you free

I'd never base my love for you on anyone elses opinion

You have to trust me

The reasons i love you extend to a billion.

I don't want to check your phone

I don't want your passwords

I just want to feel your embrace and inhale your sweet cologne

It me and you and only us

You have my whole heart

This relationship is built on trust.
