With You

With you I have someone I can trust

Someone who’s with me for love and not lust

With you I have someone by my side

Always there to be my guide

With you I fear nothing

Except the redness of my face when I’m blushing

With you I feel free

As if I were sailing across the sea

With you I can be myself

And I don’t have to explain myself to anyone else

With you I have someone who cares

And I finally have someone to call me theirs

With you I’ve learned to be selfless

But the at times a I just want you for myself which seems pretty selfish

With you I see life in different colors

Even if sometimes you are kind of stubborn

With you we do everything together

It’s moments like this that i wish could last forever

With you I have someone to hold me tight

Someone who’s there for me day and night

In my life I have many regrets but I never regret falling in love with you
