You

Since I've been away from you.
I've changed my outlook on life.
I wish you could see what I see through my eyes.
If I was with you I know things wouldn't be like they were.
And when you cross my mind, all I feel is hurt.
I miss you. But I know we're better off separated.
All the highs were good, but it's the lows that I hated.
I know if I tried I could treat you right.
I wish I did. Cause thoughts of you keep me up at night.
I'm sorry. I remember all the times those words were spoken.
But sorry doesnt cut it, after you're so hurt and broken.
The only words left to say were goodbye.
Those ones hurt the most.
No more you by my side.
