you
you look at me with soft brown eyes
the ones you hate and you despise
you hold my hand and get upset
because the sweat never seems to rest
you lay by my side but overreact
because you keep thinking that you're fat
but there's nothing you could every say
to make my feelings go away
every inch from head to toe
is perfect to me, even your nose
the way you say my name out loud
or call me babe when no one's around
you hold me close and let me know
you'll never, ever, let me go
i love you more than i could ever show
