You Are

You are poison,

I must let you go.

You are toxic,

But not many know.

You break me down,

And leave no trace.

You let me in

Your skeletal embrace.

You took me,

My spirit broken in two.

You pull me forward,

My heart pushing back.

You are dead

To me, finally.

Gabi The Good

Several of my poems are long. I have some that are short, with not many in between. Most of them are more personal, based on my experiences. My main inspiration is my dreams.
