You Are Enough

Don't linger in your reverie so long

Inside you hear that familiar voice

Only keeping yourself holding on

To the idea that you don't have a choice

In what you're worth, what you offer

You must be better, more attractive, tough

My opinion of you is more often far softer

Through all of your flaws you're enough

You fling rampant criticism at yourself

Yet the sun can't match your glory

You see poverty where I see wealth

Your flaws aren't faults, they're a story

as soon as you sort through all that stuff

You're sure to find you are enough.
