You Are Here

When I’m alone You are there. When I feel awful You seem to care. Whenever I need a hug Your arms go around And the feel of your body Makes me feel safe and sound. When I wanted to die You gave me this: The moon on a chain Equivalent to a kiss. Thank you for the way You make me feel Whenever I’m not me Whenever I need to heal.
