You are Jon
You are the sunrise across a great meadow,
The pitter-patter of rain against the sidewalk,
The cool breeze in the middle of summer,
The cold, harsh wind in winter,
The familiar smell that triggers happy childhood memories,
The calming face in a raging crowd,
The rush of fear in the darkness,
The whisper of hope where outcomes are uncertain,
The voice of wisdom when I am lost,
The hate in every argument,
The purity that is your love,
The blood flowing through my veins,
The air that I breathe,
The smile on my face,
The butterflies in my stomach,
The giddiness in every kiss,
The tears in my eyes after every harsh word,
The sensations I feel with every stroke from you,
The life in me.
You are Jon.
