You Are Someone's Wish

You are beautiful, I swear.

Every line, every freckle, every piece of hair, whether you're a bit bigger than most or stick thin. What this world be like if you were just another identical twin?

Smile with that crooked tooth and wear that outfit that looks good on you.

I think you're gorgeous

not because of you're skin,

that's only what your beauty is wrapped in.

You are beautiful because of that heart,

and that is only the start.

Promise me, darling, you'll embrace who you are,

because at this very moment,

you are someone's wish on a star.
