You Are Like a Song on the Radio

You are like a song on the radio.

You come on,

I turn you up,

And you, you do the rest.

I sing to your tune,

Loudly, I am told,

We resonate, vibrate.

The taste of you on my lips

While, my head bobs,

My thumbs tap.

As quickly as we come to chorus,

You go away.

But, you are a song on the radio,

I know you will be back

In the hour.
