You are Young

You are so young

You are so dumb

For some reason thought you were the one

Didn't have a clue

Oh how I wish I knew

But you were something new

And I only wanted you

We said forever

You, and I

Forever isn't forver

Just together until whenever

Your poem is, and has always been, the sharing of experience, the pooling of human understanding about living, loving....... dying. It welcome you in, revealing ideas that may not have been foremost in the writer’s mind in the moment of composition.
