YOU ASK ME
You Ask Me
You ask me if I love you and all I could say is
I think of you in my arms with a kiss and wounder
What it would be like making love to you ,
I don't know what to say but maybe I do love you !
They say we must become friend and then the key
Is let love make its way in .
I think of you night and day ,
I was thinking about how alone I was before you came in my life ,
I think my loneliness just found its way back in .
You ask me if I'll stay with you and become your wife ,
But deep down I want to run .
Though I cannot imagine life without you
You might just be the one .
But for now I just need you to be my friend and let love make its way in .
Never rush love , If you do you will set me on run ,
I don't know how to tell you
That I need and want you so
Your kiss, your touch, your eyes, your smile
Are things I can't let go ,
But right now you have set my heart on cold right out in the snow ,
When you told me tonight that you miss me and you want me to
Be the one you give all your love to ,
I think at times I want the same , But I feel what we have is moving
Way to fast and this love will never last like that .
Then you ask me if I love you another time and I had to cry
Those three words I cannot say I'm afraid to give my love
And lose you anyway ,
But if you look into my eyes You'll know then that it's true
I might not ever say it but one day I will if you are still holding on
To this you call love .But just for right know friends will do.
I'm to scared to give my heart to you !
Hours pass by and cupid cries until we say I do .
