You can do it

I love you,

a word i never heard

a fucked up family

who only knew the bird

find sanction in ones self

to quantify your health

or become bled out by grief

and happiness bequeathed.

Just say "I can do it"

find a path to get through it

we all die one day

but for now lets fight through it.
