You Can Do It!

To the Graduating Class of 2018,

When you walk before the crowd, when you take your seats,

When you get your diplomas, when you move your tassels,

When you throw up your cap, when you yell with glee,

This is OUR beginning!

This is where We “Take-Off” like Migos.

This is where we begin to let our next move be our best move.

This is where we all go in different directions.

Most of us have known each other since kindergarten.

Many of us didn’t originate here.

But don’t let that fact hinder you because we ARE the Class of 2018!

Old or new, we are still graduating!

We all have encountered those moments where people say

“You can’t do this.”, “You can’t do that”,

“You’re not tall enough”, “You’re too big for that”

But this is the point in life where we can finally say

Yes I can! Yes I will! Yes I did!

You can do it!

We are doing it now!

When we walk out that door, when we hop in that car,

When we start the car, when we drive off,

Many of us may never see each other again,

So live for this moment!

Live in the Now!

Never believe that something is impossible

The word itself says “I’m Possible!”

Never believe that the sky's the limit because it’s not.

Keep striving past the sky.

Be all you can be! Never settle for less!

The more you are, the more you can become.

And as the best class to walk through those doors and sit in these seats,

As The Class of 2018, dodge all Stereotypes and show the world what we’re really made of
