You can heal yourself

It has been a couple of days since I had my stomach ache.

I thought it would disappear on its own but it didnot

The pain got worse on the fifth day, it was Sunday, and

I thought I'll need to see a doctor first thing  Monday morning.

I laid down on the bed pulling a tattered blanket over myself that night.

My eyes gently closed, body completely relaxed

I went into the future and  visualized my stomach being pefectly fine.

I repeated it a couple of time for about 30 minutes and went to sleep.

The next morning I woke up, to my surprise about 99% of the pain was gone.

Throughout the week I continued to vizualise myself being

totally healthy & strong.

I vizualize myself being healthy regularly whenever I suffer pain.

I always feel great everyday after the regular practice.

Always believe in yourself, create your daily ritual,

invest sometime for yourself everyday,

and you'll live a happier life

I remember trying it again.
