Like You Did

Looking off into the distance
wondering when you're coming home
you know you hurt me real bad
walking away like that

You can't blame it on me
cause it wasn't my fault
You hurt me so bad
I locked my heart in a vault
and I won't ever trust anybody again
cause they might
walk away like you did

I know I wasn't part of your plan
I might've messed things up
but we both know
it wasn't my fault.

You can't blame it on me
cause it wasn't my fault
You hurt me so bad
I locked my heart in a vault
and I won't ever trust anybody again
cause they might
walk away like you did

Cause if it's my fault,
then its your fault too.
There's a part of me inside of you.
Why can't you admit
what you did wrong
after oh so long?

You can't blame it on me,
cause it wasn't my fault.
You hurt me so bad
I locked my heart in a vault.
and I won't ever trust anybody again
cause they might
walk away like you did.

Looking off into the distance
wondering when you're coming home
You know you hurt me real bad
walking away like that.
