He shuts down all your ideas:

the good and the bad.

She makes you buy her things

because "you're my friend and that's what friends are for".

He tells you you're worth nothing,

that you don't deserve a guy like him.

She cries to make you do what she wants.

Tears are her greatest weapon.

He threatens you.

She manipulates you.

He covers your mouth and you struggle to breath.

He doesn't want you to be heard.

He doesnt want you to speak your mind.

She takes all the credit.

She makes you feel like you're worth nothing.

She forces you to become someone

you'd never imagined you'd be.

Why are the doing this?

What made it come to this?

Why do they make you feel like this?

What did you do to deserve this?

You don't deserve it.

You deserve better.

You deserve to be treated with respect,

to have your opinions heard,

to be given compassion,

to have someone to trust,

to have someone that actually listens to you.

You don't deserve what they're putting you through.

Stay away from people who put you down

instead of building you up.

Stay away from those who make you feel

like nothing matters.

You don't deserve it.

Pain is not love.

Distrust is not a part of a relationship.

You deserve to be happy.

You deserve to be loved.

You deserve to be heard.

Let your voice be known

and find people who actully listen.
