You don't know

You and me

Were never meant to be

All the memories

Make me forget how to breathe

I can’t even look at myself

because I’m not sure if I’m me

My eyes and my hands

Are all part of the past

But I know this feeling I’m feeling

Won't always last

A monster you say

In the midst of the rain

But I know I am not

You’re just feeling the pain

But what you don’t know

Is that I called your best friend

And I followed you home

All the way to then end

The love isn’t there

But that doesn’t mean I don’t care

Baby I still love you

But not in the way you want me to

I have always loved to write, and poetry is my best and favorite way to write. I also love music and can play many instruments and also sing.
