You Found Me

Eyes softened,

Spirit felt

the heart of God

in tenderly melt.

Golden glow

your piercing gaze

reflects His love

in treasured clay.

Reaching farther,

searching more

for something deeper

I adore.

Chasing twinkles,

excitement of heart

pulls me closer

to the start.

Growing grace

and instilled peace,

your sea of glass

embraces me.

Closed my eyes,

begin to pray.

for you found me

this sacred day.

A wonderful way of describing what it is like to feel the spirit and love of God.

Beautiful poem!!! I felt exactly every feeling of love and security in those lines. Don't stop writing my friend.
