You Have Taken Everything, but This One Thing You Cannot Touch

You have taken everything but this one thing you cannot touch.

I write because I am angry.

I write because I am filled with hate and resentment towards you.

I write becuase I am upset.

I write because you have broken heart.

I write because it is my outlet.

You have taken everything, but this is one thing you cannot touch.

I write because I am lonely.

I write because talking just doesn't seem to do the trick anymore.

I write because it allows me to vent.

I write because it chanels all my thoughts and hatred onto paper instead of onto you.

I write because I have to.

You have taken everything, but this one thing you cannot touch.

I write because I am in pain.

I write because without writing the pain would be unbearable.

I write because I am unheard.

I write because even when I am screaming, nothing comes out.

I write because I love you.

You have taken everything, but this one thing you cannot touch.
