You Know

You know that girl that people pick on for being quiet and never talking? The one that sits by herself in the corner at lunch? Well she doesn’t talk because her parents aren’t the greatest. She doesn’t want people to know.

You’ve heard people talking about the boy that seems kind of awkward and strange, right? The one that is constantly being bullied and shoved into lockers? He has a mental disorder because he has brain damage from a car wreck he was in when he was 11.

And he really just wants a friend, that’s why he “bugs” you all the time.

So, the next time that you think about saying something mean, think about what might be happening in that person’s life that they may not want people to know about. Change the world one comment at a time. For the better.
