You Left Me

You left me

And placed the world in your suitcase

You took the light

The life

Everything I used to like

You left me

Reaching out into the abyss

Searching for answers

That didn’t exist

You left me

Stranded and alone

In a place I used to call our home

You left me

With nothing to my name

You left me

In fright

You took my mind

You took my fight

You left me;

You robbed me

Blind
