You Made Him

He was a miracle of birth

He was molded and shaped

He was carved and pulled

He was twisted and bent

He was fashioned and formed

and now look at what you've made him

He loved and was loved

He gave and was given

He spoke and was heard

He learned and was learning

and now look at what you've made him

He was betrayed and hurt

He was scorned and shamed

He was beaten and bruised

and now look at what you've made him

He is fear

He is War

and that is what you've made him
