You, Me, and Him

We thought we could change everything.

and I’m the only one that changed.

He changed, but she changed him.

Now their life will be cut short.

I cry tears, so I blare music to cover it.

I listen to music that makes me cry when I’m mad.

I scream so I don't have to feel the hurt,

We were wrong.

I tried to change you,

You got worse to me.

“I punch a wall to feel pain.

Are we the same, are we different?

I tried to tell you he wouldn't hurt me,

You were right and I should of listened to you.

but I still do.”

He cuts to feel the pain

and to escape the stress.

Can I change him back?

He loves her, but I love him.

but I was wrong.

He did, but he's still living.

He doesn't know he did.

From misunderstood mistake,

to a wise, kind leader...

one day you will.
