You, Me, and a little bit of Poetry
You heard me for the first time when I was thirteen
You heard me again when I was fifteen
You haven't stopped hearing from me since and
You will continue to hear me until I'm gone
My name is different,
everytime I'm heard,
because you and me,
we have stories,
stories that need to be told.
In order to understand me,
You have to first understand poetry,
Because like poetry,
I am very individual.
You listen to me,
But what I tell is poetry,
so basically,
All this is,
Is you, me, and poetry.
