To you my brain,

Dear Brain,

Please do not think negatively about the future

We’re getting older now, but that doesn’t mean all good things will end.

Brain,

I hope that you will remind me of my worth.

And when we’re having a bad day, you will focus on the things that make me happy.

You know me better than anyone else,

So you’re aware that we can be sensitive, but strong when we need to be.

We don’t give up when things get hard and we strive to be

the greatest version of ourself.

Even though you can be forgetful,

You’re extremely bright.

And when we’re all done with school I hope you continue

Learning

Even if it’s in the most unexpected places.

I don’t say this enough but

Thank you.

And don’t forget

We are

Brilliant

Caring and

Artistic.

Love you forever and always,
