You Say

how do you begrudge and betray me?

you tell me you accept me

but all you do is reject me

my ideals

my beliefs

my religion

you say you’ve changed

you say you’ll be there for me

you say that you love me

but all you do is shame me

how do you tell me how I’m supposed to feel?

when everything I say is real

you ignore, resent, and repeal
