You Stand Out in the Field

You are the light of my life.

The most gifted wife

To my father.

You stand out in the field

Never have I been so healed

By you.

Everytime I see you cry,

I see your petals fall

and it tears me apart.

You're a tulip

In a dry field

of grass.
