young again

Oh, what I would do to be young again

To be blinded from the pain of struggle

To get everything I desire, without seeing monetary values

My youth was fun and I demand it back

I do not want to know the harsh truths of the world

I want to go outside, without knowing the dangers that I face

I will not lie, my youth had its flaws

The loss of my innocence was the worst of all

I cried all night, knowing the fact I my time would eventually come

Although I speak of my youth as a thing of the past

The sad truth of this all, is that

My youth has yet to pass
