The Young and Old

When I was young,

I was young.

When I am old,

I am old.

When I was young,

The colored analog TVs were new.

When I am old,

The colored analog TVs are old.

When we were young,

Our favorite TV shows were fun to watch.

When we are old,

Our favorite TV shows are still the same to watch.

When our parents were young,

The horror movies were horrifying.

When we were young,

The horror movies were bloody.

When I was young,

I remembered some of my childhood.

When I am old,

I've forgotten some of my childhood.

When I was young,

My hands were small as a child.

When I am old,

My hands are big as my father's.

When I was young,

My height was dangerous.

When I am old,

My height is safe.

When we were young,

We were young.

When we are old,

We are old.

When it’s a problem,

It’s not a problem.

When it is not a problem,

It is not a problem.
