Young Child, Mature Mind

Happy thoughts, Happy childhood
For him it was never suicidal
Being misunderstood did him no good
Society tried it's best,
To bring him down
Little did they know, what he possessed
It was a different mindset

For a kid his age
He was not eight
Considering the stature of his mind
It would be rare to find one of his kind
"He's too opinionated!" ,that's what they said
But they knew that his intelligence always left them dead

A child of mystery and wonder all in one
How rare to find a human such as this under the sun
His elders were full of rage
Due to the knowledge he possessed
He had a few friends
But they barely understood
What he harboured in his mind
Would not only change his world
But also yours and mine
