To cherish and save
The love that we gave
Together forever
From here to the grave

To embrace and to hold
The love pure as gold
A part of my heart
To be treasured unsold

To know and to heed
The love that we need
Is given to live in
The Lord at the lead

To hope and to dare
The love that we share
Be fruitful and plentiful
Within Fathers care

To possess and to pray
The love of today
May grow more tomorrow
And with each passing day

Know this:

Fewer things are more pure in this world
Than the young love of a boy and a girl
Fewer still are more worthy
Than this love everlasting for all eternity
So now I ask
With time running restlessly
Will you not take my hand
And join me endlessly?
For more awaits both you and I
But I can’t go without you at my side
A world awaits
For us to grow fond
Of the journeys and wonders
Of a life beyond
Beyond the horizons your eye can see
A place just meant for you and me.
