A Young Voice

A young voice that talks too much
A young voice that's distracting
A young voice that's bothering
A young voice that's disagreeing
A young voice that's arguing
A young voice you won't pay attention to
Did you even hear?
Did you even listen?
It's just a young voice.
Shoulda known
Shoulda thought
Shoulda realised
Nobody would ever listen
It's just a young voice.
The young voice that's looked down upon
The young voice that's told they have been mislead
The young voice that has so much to say
The young voice that just wanted a change for the better
The young voice that never asked for much
Just a second chance
A chance you would listen to their young voice.
