Your Car

Last night we sat in your car for two hours

The mournful cruning of the Weeknd and your sobs the only thing permeating the silence

We sat in silence

I held your hand and you cried

I held your hand and you screamed

I held your hand and you drank

We sat in silence and in pain

We sat in your car and cried

True to our nature when the tears dried we screamed

Asking too much and answering nothing at all

We sat in your car for two hours last night
