Why do you persist?
Why do you come at me?
From the mouths of those close to me?
After closer inspection
I have an explanation
You are not just empty accusations
You are actually motivating conversation
You make me move forward
You help me try harder
You make me choose honor
You help me be faster
You mold me, you shape me
You make me who I am
