Your friends from across the sea
Open your eyes and look straight ahead.
So you think we're something different.
Because different is never the same.
We try as hard as the next one.
But the result is never the same.
I am trying to become a doctor.
The best that ever lived.
I do it for me, I do it for him, I do it for her- always.
My family is proud.
But the world seems unsure.
Am I as great as the majority as nothing but a minority?
Yes.
Now breath deeply four times.
Your physical exam has just begun.
It's 2015 and we're still divided, Lub Dub Lub Dub.
Your heart sounds honest, a long life ahead.
By the time we are done here, we can make a change.
I am trying to become a doctor.
So cough once, twice, good.
I hope our time spent has been productive.
Now be on your way and spread what you have seen.
Be Happy. Be Proud. Be Humble.
We are not going anywhere.
Your friends from across the sea.
