Your Heart is Fearless yet Shattered
Empty house far away,
Lost in lonely space,
You know you've felt the same.
Try to resist, but it cuts so deep,
And when you're next to me, you're still out of my reach,
And I still long for you.
Love without, love gone wrong
Lifeless words, carry on
From the shallows and up to the depths of your scars.
Your heart; I look into your heart and discover myself; you know you want to change;
Rejecting your love without;
I need you, can't reach you, we're worlds apart;
So exit the fall and now it's over; this war's not over; my world is dark,
I seek the light. But you're the angel, that's
Shown me the light;
I've lost, who I am, and I can't understand;
There is a certain fear; lights outside of homes wait
For every tear; and this war's not over.
There's a heart (your heart) there's a sun (and discover myself)
Taking old shattered ones (lost in lonely space) to the
Place we belong and his love (your heart) will
Conquer;
I found a way out, through everything I'd known; (Hope remains) I'm walking
Fearless with my faith down and all
That I own. Don't take my picture
Cause I won't be there standing alone
(All is lost) I'm living fearless (Exit the fall)
So fearless (your heart) like every day's
My own.
Yesterday I died (empty house far away)
Tomorrow's bleeding (I'll never be a part of
Your world) I'll fall into your sunlight. . .
