Your Life in Time

Every second of every day

We do not have tomorrow

We do not have yesterday

Although our brains collect memories

Those memories were once a today

Live for this moment

As you breath and do nothing

As you speak and love

As you cry and hurt

This is your life

When you are dead you cannot sing, jump or even cry

Breathe in the good and the bad

Breathe in everything, because everything is all that you have
